This is the recipe of a very easy and widespread sweet we Greeks make. It's really a piece of cake to do and you can use any wholegrain flour biscuits.
There you go:
1 packet of petit beurre papadopoulou biscuits or any simple flat square one (it can be round too lol it does't matter cause you crash them anyway...)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 big spoons of cocoa powder
1/2 packet of butter
In a bowl, mix together the milk, the cocoa and the butter with a mixer until they become nice, smooth and creamy.
Crash the biscuits in medium pieces and mix them in the cream.
Take a sheet of baking paper and put the mixture on and roll the paper until you have a nice long pipe-like shaped block as thick as u wish.
Place in the fridge for some hours and when it's cold it's ready to be cut in slices and get eaten.
Enjoy!
